3C's Policies
BOOKING
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Once a quote is received, a PAID invoice is required to confirm and finalize your booking request.
CANCELLATION
Once an item is booked, you have 72 hours to change or cancel.
EXCHANGES
Changing an item within 24 hours of an event will require full payment of the item. For that reason the item was unable to be
rented to someone else.
DAMAGED ITEM(S)
An additional fee will be charged for damaged/broken items (burns, tears, stains etc..).
REFUND
Absolutely NO CASH REFUND.
Store Credit Only.

Does the company set-up rental items?No, we only set up tents. Tables and chairs set-up will be an additional charge.
